Dream Celebration Par-Tea Pricing:
The Stuff E Nuff, Deluxe and Ultimate package pricing are based on a party of eight, which includes the birthday child and seven guests. There is a cost of $25 for each additional Stuff E Nuff package guest and $15 for each additional deluxe package guest and $35 for each additional custom package guest . Also, for all hosted par-tea packages with more than 8 guests a second party hostess is required. There is an additional cost of $55 for the second hostess. **Dress up keepsakes, scene setters, chair covers w/sash, cupcake display, water bottles, gift bags, shopping boutique and additional negotiated options are included in our ultimate party packages**
Minimum deposits & scheduled payments are non-refundable. Deposits hold event dates and prevent prospective bookings. The payments collected for the event are for our event planning services as well as designing and hosting your event.
Rescheduling is offered: We will negotiate an alternate party date with you (within 90 days) or provide a voucher for a future event up to 1 year.
In the event of inclement weather, serious illness or any other unforeseen emergencies, we reserve the right to cancel any event and offer an alternate party date.

consent to the use of products (facial cream, lotions, nail polish, quick dry, temporary tattoos, face paint, make-up...) on my child and his or her guests. I understand that these products may be used on their face, hands, feet, arms and nails. The parents of my guests will be advised of the use of said products during my event. If any parent elects to opt out of this portion of the event their child will be directed to a designated area until completion. I acknowledge that the children allowed to participate have no medical restrictions (including allergic reactions) that prevent the use of the products utilized during the event. I also understand and agree that if my child or any guests should have an adverse reaction to said products Ann R. L. Best Events and its authorized agents will be held harmless and free of liability. Lastly, I understand all authorizing parents (including myself) will be liable and agree to pay all costs and expenses incurred in connection with such medical services (if necessary) rendered to the aforementioned child(ren) pursuant to this authorization.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if a guest arrives late?
Our parties are based on a schedule; they work best when all guests arrive on time. The guests who arrive late may join the party at whatever point the party has progressed to. Consultant will be overseeing the itinerary, so client will be responsible for accommodating seating and dress-up for the newly arrived guests.
Can parents of the guest stay for the party?
Our events are parties with makeup, dress-up, dancing, photo taking, crafts, and lots of movement. If there is ample room without interference we welcome an audience.Who takes care of a guest if they become ill, are a behavioral problem, or do not want to participate?
Guests who do not wish to participate will need to be attended to by you. We are not responsible for the behavior of the guests. Ann R. L. Best Events party hostesses/consultants are responsible for controlling the flow of your event and engaging your guests in constant activity. Good behavior is always promoted, but it is your responsibility to monitor and take charge if a child is not behaving, becomes ill, or does not with to participate.
Can boys attend the party?
We welcome boys at our parties. Just advise us of the number of male attendants so we are able to accommodate all in attendance.Can siblings of the guest stay?
All guests under three years of age must be supervised. We provide many accessories that contain small parts and they may not be appropriate for very small guests. Please remember that our party packages cover only the guest of honor and their guest. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guest or siblings of guests, as we prepare our parties based on the final head count given to us prior to the party. Siblings, who are not guests of the event, will not be permitted to use any equipment.Food and Beverages:
All food provided by you must be served by your catering staff or whomever you choose to designate. Our party hostess may offer assistance if possible, but are not responsible for serving.If a child does not show up, do I still pay for that child?
Please remember, you will be charged for the final guest list / head count provided 7 days prior to the party. Payment of the final count is also due 7 days prior to the party.
How do I reserve a party?
To book a party please contact us:
After the availability of your requested date is confirmed, we must receive your non-refundable deposit of $150 (Deluxe) or half of the event total(Ultimate) to book your event. The final balance must be paid in full on the preceding Friday one week before the event. (based on your final headcount)
Where is the party held?
Parties are hosted in your home or the venue of your choice.
Client Obligations:
Provide a safe and clean area with enough space for dress-up, dancing and all other activities
Remain with/near the party at all times
Provide a gathering place for parents of the guests who wish to stay
Provide a smoke-free environment
Provide table and chairs for your party guest (we will provide linens & settings)
Oversee all details of the event not specified in the itinerary:
ex. Cake cutting, opening gifts, additional music, food service and removal (except tea items)
Repair or replacement of all damaged, lost or stolen equipment during your event
***Ann R. L. Best Events for kids assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages caused during your party. Your party hostess will work to ensure that your home or location and guest are treated in the most respectable manner.
Note: As we all know, life is not perfect and events many times carry surprises and unexpected circumstances. We attempt to follow every detail of our party itinerary, but it is subject to change based on the spirit of the party, participation, site size (space available for games/crafts/dancing), and any other deterrents. We will provide information, time and advice to you to the best of our ability. However, you agree to hold us harmless in the unlikely event that any aspect of your event fails to completely satisfy you. We are not responsible for the conduct and/or performance of any vendor or venue, even though we may have referred or endorsed that vendor or venue to you.
****Ann R. L. Best Events for kids is not responsible for allergic reactions to wearing any costumes, cosmetics, spa items or consumption of any food or beverages before, during or after the party. It is the responsibility of the guest and/or guests’ parents or guardians to inform the client of any dietary restrictions. Client is responsible for ensuring guests with restrictions do not participate in activities that would prevent adherence to said restrictions.
